Kate Booth’s career spans industries from telecommunications to health and wellness, but loyalty has been her true focus since joining RMG Loyalty in 2009. Starting as a Sales Representative, she quickly became instrumental in securing and managing key accounts across Canada, specializing in healthcare and transportation. Her success led her to the role of VP of Business Development and, later, Partner in 2019.
Now, as President, Kate drives RMG Loyalty’s vision, forging new partnerships and shaping the future of loyalty innovation. On weekends, you’ll find her hiking with her dog or hosting dinner parties with family and friends.
Her go-to advice? “Run with scissors and learn on the run – jump in and figure it out!”
Claudio Rodrigues has had loyalty in his DNA for over 30 years. He was part of the team that created the first multi-channel reward program, Membership Rewards at American Express. This program was created in Canada and has subsequently been rolled out by American Express around the world. He then moved on to help launch and grow Canada’s most successful consumer loyalty program, AIR MILES. In 2002, he left to co-found RMG Loyalty, beginning his entrepreneurial journey. Since then, he has led RMG Loyalty playing a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and successfully helping over 1,000 companies grow their business by launching and optimizing their customer loyalty program.
One of the best pieces of advice he’s ever received: “Carpe Diem. You only live once but, if you live right, once is more than enough!”
In his spare time, Claudio can be found playing or watching soccer, enjoying live music, or slowing down and spending time with his family.
Fiona Dougherty joined RMG Loyalty in 2020 as VP of Finance and now oversees Finance, Operations, and Technology as Senior Vice President. With experience in consulting, oil and gas, environmental services, and education, she brings a well-rounded perspective to financial strategy and operational excellence. She also serves as the company’s Integrator, ensuring continuous improvement of key tools like rewardBANK.
Fiona is a competitive figure skater and avid cyclist, she thrives on outdoor adventures and unexpected challenges. Her best advice is to “aim for awesome rather than perfection” – a philosophy that extends beyond work.
With over 28 years of experience, Dean Jager has built a reputation for leading high-performing sales teams across industries like telecommunications, advertising, and publishing. He joined RMG Loyalty in 2024 as National Sales Director and quickly advanced to VP of Sales, where he drives strategy and ensures sales efforts align with client needs and business goals.
A trusted leader in sales innovation, Dean excels at creating solutions that empower teams and deliver tailored results. Under his leadership, RMG Loyalty’s sales team continues to drive growth and help clients navigate their unique challenges.
Dean lives by the belief that preparation breeds success, a mindset that fuels both his professional approach and his marathon training. When he’s not running, you’ll find him in the mountains, making the most of every moment with his family.
With over a decade in loyalty, Amy Beck leads our Client Services Team, ensuring our partners achieve outstanding results. She started at RMG Loyalty 11 years ago as a Sales Representative, later advancing to Senior Account Manager before stepping into her current leadership role.
Amy is passionate about innovation, client success, and building strong relationships. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to sunny destinations and taking morning walks with her three dogs. Her best advice? “Listen more, speak less.”
Sumaan Khan joined RMG Loyalty in 2024 as Marketing Manager, bringing a decade of experience in growth and acquisitions. With a diverse background, he focuses on performance-driven marketing strategies. Throughout his career, he has led teams and technical initiatives that have driven significant year-over-year growth.
A data-driven strategist and implementation lead, Sumaan thrives on uncovering insights that fuel smart decision-making. His KPI-focused approach helps businesses scale effectively by refining strategies, optimizing performance, and identifying new growth opportunities. Beyond marketing, Sumaan enjoys storytelling through tabletop RPGs, playing hockey, and experimenting in the kitchen.
